High school diploma or equivalent qualification.Previous experience in assembly work is advantageous.Familiarity with industrial devices and their components.Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Basic knowledge of assembly tools and equipment.Strong communication skills.Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.Physical dexterity and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
