Consults with the Lead Facilitator regarding decision making on incoming requests and problem solving, ensuring smooth coordination and timely exchange of information.
Responds to phone, email, and other communications in a timely fashion.
Understands priorities and ensures that all matters are addressed in proper order.
Has flexibility to change direction quickly and continue to handle issues effectively.
Handles confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Assures that all paperwork is completed in a timely fashion and properly maintained.
Follows all mandated reporting procedures.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
College studies in child development, psychology, education or related fields preferred.
Caring and compassionate attitude a must.
Prior experience working with children, teens or adults.
Ability to accept guidance and supervision.
Willingness to work with and learn from people from different cultures and backgrounds.
Computer skills required (Microsoft Office and Google Docs).
Organizational and time-management skills a must.
